RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Installationtools.com will credit your credit card for any item returned unused in original carton for any reason within 30 days of original purchase. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ITEMS RETURNED AFTER 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE.
To return an item, you need to call us at (866) 933-5322 to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how to return the item.
To return products, pack item(s) in the original shipping carton and ship back with a note describing your reason for the return and a copy of your receipt (save your original). Returns must be dated, within 30-Days from the date of purchase. You are responsible for all return shipping costs on non-defective items.
